Ghostwire: Tokyo is played from the first-person perspective, so it may at first seem odd that there are dozens of outfits to find throughout greater Shibuya. However, you do get to see Akito's digs in cutscenes; and technically, you see his arms while weaving and shooting your bow and arrow. The gold Trendsetter trophy and achievement for acquiring all items for the Outfit menu is also tied to these locations and tasks.

As their name suggests, Relic-Hunting Nekomata requests require you to hunt down various Relics those Nekomata are after. Alongside nabbing some outfit pieces for your collection, you'll also get a reward in Meika for tracking down each Relic location.
